Transparent pricing

Pay providers + a small markup.
That's it.

No subscription, no monthly fees. Top up credits ($5 minimum), pay only for what you use. Default markup is 15% over the provider's cost. Volume / enterprise contracts go lower.

Common questions

How does billing work?

You buy prepaid credits via Stripe ($10–$10,000 or custom). Each request reserves an estimated cost (hold), executes against the provider, then charges the actual cost plus your tier markup. Credits never expire. See Terms, Section 6 for refund policy.

What about the SDK observability product?

Free up to 500k events/month, forever. Use the SDK if you already have your own provider keys and just want analytics. Use the gateway if you want centralized billing. Both share the same dashboard.

How do I get to the Enterprise markup?

Talk to us. Enterprise is a volume contract: markup, rate limits, and any custom terms (DPA, dedicated Slack) are negotiated case-by-case. Pay-per-use is the default for everyone else; no migration is needed, same key, same code.

What happens if a provider is down?

The gateway returns the upstream error code (429, 5xx, etc) and automatically releases the hold so you're not charged. Provider failover is on the roadmap, not in MVP.
